Wow! What a mighty God we serve! Every time I feel weak, fearful, or inadequate, God is faithful to show me His strength, His peace, and His adequacy. Yesterday I felt weak, so God provided me an opportunity to be strong. I could not have overcome this obstacle in my own strength. I cried out to the Lord, He answered, and His strength was sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9).
What opportunity is God giving you today to demonstrate His strength and sufficiency through your life?
I am so encouraged by the support and passion of the church in my life. Transparency, relationships, accountability, encouragement, prayer, support...the list goes on. When the church is living in Christ's identity and His mission, the gates of hell will not be able to stand against it (Matthew 16:18). I have the privilege to be surrounded by people who live in the identity and mission of Christ. I encourage you today to live out the identity Christ gives you and the mission He sets before you. Surround yourself with believers who do the same.
Today someone approached me wanting to donate a couple hundred dollars toward my missions efforts. It never ceases to amaze me the power of God to provide in miraculous ways! I choose to never undermine or take for granted the generosity of those around me. It will always amaze me, and it will always remind me that God is exactly who He says He is.
Tommy, Michael, and I were able to finish designing, printing, folding, packing, and stamping all my support letters. That was an incredible blessing to have their support through their service! Thank you, gentlemen, for your love to me and support to missions in this way! Letters go out tomorrow!
A good friend and mentor gave me the idea to start an On-Site Tech Support fundraiser. It's an incredible idea that I decided to pursue. I am trusting the Lord to use these efforts as a means to bless others and reach people who do not know Christ. I want to use the giftings that God has given me to glorify Him and advance His Kingdom.
I am working on two fundraising ideas with Marisa McClain who is also going to Africa this year with Reaching Souls.
We are establishing these two fundraisers in such a way that other students/adults who are going on short-term mission trips in the future can use these ideas and efforts more easily to raise money for their missions efforts! We want to see a long-term impact and encouragement for foreign missions by our efforts now.
I am so excited to see all the different ways God provides in the upcoming months! I am anticipating that God will blow me away by His provision, strength, endurance, and providence in the upcoming months. To God be the glory for all He is doing and all He has done!

At the age of 12, the Lord called me to full-time ministry. At 15, after my father and I nearly lost our lives from a tragic accident, God put a fire in my bones to reach unreached, unengaged people for Jesus Christ. Ever since then, that fire has only grown stronger. Because of God’s calling on my life, there is only one thing I have a burning passion to do: Reach the unreached and equip others to do the same. I want to start doing that now.
Objective in Kenya:
Reaching Souls Intl. is an outstanding ministry used by God to strategically reach millions of people in Africa on an annual basis! This is the organization that God has given me the privilege to work alongside in Kenya! In 2015 alone, the Lord allowed Reaching Souls Intl. to see 7,969,139 salvation decisions, plant 4,908 new churches, and baptize 1,519,324 precious new believers! The goal for 2016 is to add 281 new African National Missionaries for a total of 2,000 men in the field. When RSI has 2,000 National Missionaries in the field, they project based on past and current numbers that it will result in 11 million salvation decisions each year!
In Kenya we have the opportunity to serve, support, and teach some of these National Missionaries. We also have the opportunity to evangelize publically and personally alongside these National Missionaries all throughout Kenya.
Because we will be training, equipping, and working alongside local pastors, this trip will have long-term impact for the Kingdom of God. This is not a trip where the strategy is a short lived boost, this is a country changing endeavor.
“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?”
James 2:5 says, “Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom?” I have a conviction and a determination to do anything necessary to reach those who do not know Christ. This is my life’s mission and calling.
You have the opportunity to take part in reaching the unreached and equipping others to do the same! In Kenya, people are ready to hear the gospel. What they need is laborers to go into the harvest. God is sending African National Missionaries to reach their own people. This summer, God is sending a team of American Missionaries, for which I am one, to support those who are diligently serving God in Africa, and be a voice of truth spread all among Kenya for those who do not know Christ.
$1000 has been provided for my trip by generous donors so far. The Lord has provided the resources for me to invest $1000 out of pocket. That leaves $2,500 remaining to be fully funded for this trip to Kenya. Will you give to support the long-term investment of souls being saved in Kenya and throughout Africa?
There are four easy methods to invest in this endeavor:
Although I am trusting in the Lord as Provider, I am praying that He works through you to help make it all happen. I’m praying for Great Commission Game Changers. May God be glorified through His Church!
